what is animal cruelty and how can  we prevent it?

 we can prevent animal cruelty by the younger children to  report it and  speak out   to the police if it is happening any were near them, and also by   informing  the people that are doing this to animals. we can also help by increasing the time you do in jail for animal cruelty so that people will think twice before hurting another animal.
