cereal=120 calories
rice and beans = 420 calories
one party size bag of lays potato 220
2 crunch candy bars 416 calories
double fudge chocolate ice cream =270 calories
altogether:1,446 no i did not go over how much i did not go over the amount i am have to eat per a day

1. Make a list of EVERYTHING you ate yesterday.i ate 2 bacon egg and cheeses which is 1,080 and 1 doughnut which is 70 cals

2. Next, visit Calorie Lab or Calorie Counter and mark the number of calories each food you ate contains. Your list should look something like this:

Apple- 55 Calories

Egg sandwich- 466

Fruit punch- 260

3. Now, add all your calories together. Write down your total.1,150 cals

4. If you’re a girl, subtract 1850 calories from your total. If you’re a boy, subtract 2200 calories from your total. This tells you how many EXTRA calories you are eating each day. For example, if I ate 3000 calories and I’m a boy, my formula would be 3000 - 2200 = 800 Extra Calories.did not go over my caaleries

5. Finally, visit Calorie Control. Choose an exercise and find out how long you’d need to do it for to burn your extra calories (in my case, how long to burn 800 extra calories).

1. What is one surprising thing you learned in Part 4? Why did it surprise you? what surprise me in part 4 was the way chicken nuggets are made. it was surprising because i did not know that it was made out of chicken breast.

3. Why do you think it’s so hard to get people to eat less junk food and eat more fruits, vegetables, and healthy meals?
i think that its because junk food has more asmertisment than fruits so people see junk food more than fruits.

What can families, markets, schools, and/or restaurants do to help kids your age eat healthier? (think of things that may ACTUALLY WORK!) in schools they can change there menus and in restaurants they could use more healthy foods on there menus. in families they could try to eat healthier foods and in markets they could stop stalking foods that are not healthy.
